when i first saw you with cracker (2001?) , you made the band come alive. when you left, you took the soul with you. you can't be replaced. i guess i'll never hear wedding day again and that sucks more than k-man's boy friend. my bad.

Oh, by the way, all my e-mail list got hijacked off my laptop when I upgraded to a newer operating system. I am not computer savvy, as you might have guessed. So if y'all want to get back on the list, please sign up again. Many thanks.

Hey, I've been offline for the holidays, and was warmed to my toes to see all y'alls nice posts. Steve, I have to e-mail you. Pul Josephs was trying to track down Jose. Might the Blues Army reunite? I had a peaceful holiday - avoiding most political discussions with certain family members who shall remain conservative. I am loving my new toy - the iPod. Don't y'all get any ideas about stealin' music though. I only download that what I bought. Thanks to those folks who made Christmas a little brighter by buying copies of Alone! I am delighted that Cracker fans dig the record. Its a real compliment, as I have been a fan of Cracker records since way before I ever stuck the first note with 'em. Anybody heard the new Johnny stuff? I need to hit iTunes and buy it up. See, told you, no stealing! Well, have a HAPPY NEW YEAR, and stay tuned. Hopefully I will have some news on live shows soon. Smooooch, B

BRANDY BABY! It has been WAY too long since those Summers at the NGSW (foggy memories of birthday cake with Dave Hamburger eaten with pocket knives). I've been gigging with Colin Aberdeen in a band called Los Blancos we started with Jose Alvarez. We've been hitting it hard on the road for years now surviving a few line-up changes but staying true to the roots. Jose moved back to Mexico City for a while and is currently touring with Terrence Simmien and living in San Antonio. Please drop us a line at this e-mail, or through the web page, I would love a chance to catch up and here about life with Cracker among other things. When I told Colin what you'd been up to he was just beaming. We are so proud of you, keep on rockin' girl!

Hey y'all, I'm glad to be back up and running. As some of you may know, the site was down for a spell, but I have a new host, and we should be sailing smoooth. I recently celebrated my anniversary as an independent musical agent by having a drink with Johnny, Victor, Greg, Jonathan and Frank, plus the Cracker failthful: Karen and Nancy. Many of you have expressed your appreciation of my services with the Cracker army, and I had a wonderful time playing with one of my favorite bands and getting to know so many terrific music lovers around the country. I welcome any encouraging words you may have, and it is my fondest wish that all postings remain positive. If you want to vent about W, please feel free, but we'll only have to do that for another week! What has the last year brought? I perform occasionally with Freeloader. You can check them out at www.freeloaderband.com. I am also doing some solo acoustic shows now and again. I've come "home" to NYC again, and enjoy working for a concert promoter. Its been a good year - except for tropical storm Gaston a couple of months back, which was a bitch. I had some difficulty getting my PayPal info stright, but that's worked out. For those of you who ordered CDs and did not receive them, those will be en route in the next two weeks. Thanks again for visiting. I hope to have news of upcoming shows in the very near future. Peace, Brandy

Hey y'all, I am alive and well.

I know this is totally last minute, but I am playing bass this Thursday night in NYC with CHIRS BARRON of The Spin Doctors, and two great guitarists from Joan Osborne's band. It should be a great show at Arlene Grocery in NYC at 8pm.

The club is on Stanton Street, between Orchard and Ludlow. The cover is CHEAP @ $7.

Hope to see you there, B.

brandy: i for one missed you at the recent cracker concerts.
"duty free" just ain't the same for me anymore. you added
a nice touch to that song and though it is still good
to hear it won't be like it was when you played/sang on it.
keep us fans up to date with what your next endeavor(s) will be. take care, chris

jerry, you're a classless piece of sh*t to come to this woman's board and kick her when she's already down. go over to the crackersoul message board and hang out with the rest of the yeehahs overe there. although since most of them are also wondering what happened to BW, they'll probably tell you to f*ck off there, too. brandy, hang in there, baby.

What is this about not being in the band? I hope it's a vicious rumor -- your work on Forever was fantastic and I was so hoping to catch you and the guys this time around. Also, I just read the lyrics posted on the jukebox page -- fairly ominous material. I sympathize with where you're coming from. Given that, I wish I could borrow your voice for a day for a song I've been working on -- you have unique feel and a solid rock and roll sound. The world needs more of that.

Brandy...I just heard you are "indisposed" at the moment and not touring with the band. I hope you are okay and that you will be playing the shows in the San Francisco Bay Area! My husband and I have tickets for both Bimbo's and The Mystic. It would be such a HUGE disappointment if Peach Bush wasn't playing.

Regards,
